Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.

If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.

One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"My favorite everyday bag is the hobo style bag. It has the right amount of room for what I carry in it. This bag, though, doesn't have as much slouch as I would like. The strap seems shorter to me than in the photos, and the silver hardware on the tassel is missing. I rechecked the photos to make sure and confirmed that mine is different and missing the silver circle. I got the color meadow, and I love it! Other than those issues, the pros are that the leather is just dreamy. I love the color I picked for spring and summer. Just wish the strap was as long as it shows online in the photos!"

"I absolutely love the color of this Los Feliz Hobo. It's such a rich shade of purple which is one of my favorite colors. I have many Sak bags but decided to purchase it since it was on sale ---- and I'm really glad I did because it's even nicer in person and it's the perfect size --- not too small and not too big. "Love this purse! The leather loops that the strap hooks onto are perfect to hang on to to zip closed, grab to move, etc. Beautiful leather and mood lifting grey green color that surprisingly goes with most everything. Bigger than I thought. Strap wide enough to stay on my shoulder and purse tucks into the inset of my waist. Not as many pockets as I'm used to, but roomy enough to hold separate pouches inside. They f/u with care instructions. I love it."
