For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
The Los Feliz Hobo is sized for everyday essentials, including your phone, full-size wallet, keys, sunglasses and a small cosmetic pouch. It measures 14 in L x 5.375 in W x 9.25 in H, with an adjustable strap that offers approximately a 10- to 11-inch drop on current leather and suede styles.
Its relaxed shape and medium-scale interior make the Los Feliz Hobo especially easy for everyday wear, from commuting and errands to lunches, weekends and travel. It gives you more space than a compact handbag without moving into oversized-tote territory.
Leather and suede versions include an exterior back zipper pocket and multiple interior slip, zipper and multi-functional pockets. Hand-crochet versions use interior crochet pockets instead, while a main zipper closure helps keep your essentials secure.
The Los Feliz Hobo is available in leather, suede and hand crochet. Leather and suede versions use responsibly sourced leather with recycled REPREVE® lining, while hand-crochet styles are crafted with recycled polypropylene yarn and finished with leather trim. Care differs by material, from leather-specific cleaning to a barely damp cloth and air drying for crochet.
Choose the Los Feliz Hobo for a classic, closer-to-the-body shape that carries the everyday essentials. Choose the Bucket Hobo if you want a taller silhouette and significantly more room. The classic Hobo measures 14 x 5.375 x 9.25 inches, compared with 17.25 x 4.75 x 13.75 inches for the Bucket Hobo.
