Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I love my Tess shoulder bag and would give it 5 stars except for one flaw. The leather is beautiful and soft (I chose the sand color) and the size is perfect for me. The one flaw that is preventing me from buying another one is the strap. The ends do not stay in the loops meant to hold them down so I am constantly repositioning them into the loops. I even purchased stick-on velcro dots to try and hold them in place but it hasn't helped much. Were it not for that one flaw I would be purchasing it in every color."
