Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.

If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.

One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

I love the Melrose cross

"I love the Melrose cross body purse for the pockets and overall fantastic functionality. I already have it in another color (indigo). I wanted something fun for fall so I took a chance on the persimmon suede. Fair warning, the color is very orange in person. Not a bad thing, but it's definitely not subtle. I'm returning this because the strap leather quality isn't what I expected. The leather feels very smooth, not pebbled. The strap is lumpy at the stitching where the strap pieces are joined. It's just inferior compared to the quality of my blue melrose bag. I'm going to order it again in black cherry though because this really is my favorite purse out of my sak collection."
