For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

The Los Feliz Large Tote is made for days when you need room to spare. It can hold everyday essentials like a phone, full-size wallet, keys, sunglasses, cosmetic pouch and water bottle, with space for larger items, too. Its 14-inch base length can accommodate many 13-inch laptops, though fit will depend on the laptop and case. Most leather, suede and hand-crochet versions measure 14 in L x 7 in W x 12.75 in H, with a 9-inch strap drop. Select woven versions vary in size, so check the Details tab for your chosen style.
Its oversized, slouchy shape makes the Los Feliz Large Tote a natural choice for commuting, travel, workdays, weekends and anywhere you want extra carrying room without sacrificing style. The open interior makes it especially useful when your day calls for more than the basics.
Organization varies slightly by material. Leather and suede styles typically feature an exterior back zipper pocket plus interior slip, zipper and multi-functional pockets, while hand-crochet styles use interior crochet pockets. Most versions close with a magnetic snap, keeping the roomy interior easy to access.
The Los Feliz Large Tote is available in leather, suede, hand crochet and woven leather. Leather and woven-leather styles should be cared for with an appropriate water-based leather cleaner and moisturizer. Suede should be treated more gently, while hand-crochet styles can be wiped with a barely damp cloth and air-dried. Always follow the care instructions for the specific material and colorway you choose.
Choose the Large Tote when maximum carrying space is the priority. Choose the Medium Tote for the same relaxed Los Feliz attitude in a more compact everyday size. The Large Tote is generally 14 x 7 x 12.75 inches, while dimensions of the Medium Tote vary by material, with many current leather and suede styles measuring approximately 14 x 4.5 x 12 inches.
