For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

The Los Feliz Crossbody is roomy enough for daily essentials like a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses and a few small extras while keeping your hands free. It measures 11.5 in L x 4.25 in W x 10.5 in H with a 23-inch strap drop, giving it more carrying room than a compact crossbody without feeling oversized.
This is the hands-free Los Feliz for errands, sightseeing, travel days, commuting and all-day weekends. The long adjustable strap lets you customize the fit, while the slouchy shape gives you enough space for the things you actually use throughout the day.
Leather and suede versions include an exterior back zipper pocket, an interior back-wall zipper pocket and two front multi-functional pockets. Hand-crochet versions feature interior zipper and multi-functional pockets but may not include an exterior pocket. Current versions use a main zipper closure to keep essentials secure.
The Los Feliz Crossbody comes in leather, suede and hand crochet. Leather can be maintained with an appropriate leather cleaner and moisturizer, suede should be cleaned gently according to its specific care instructions, and hand-crochet styles can be wiped with a barely damp cloth and left to air-dry.
Choose the Crossbody when you want room for a full-size wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses and other daily essentials. Choose the Phone Wallet when you want to travel lighter with your phone, cards, ID and a few small necessities in one compact hands-free style.
