Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"Another winner from the Sak! I wanted a smaller handbag in an ivory like color for evenings out. This is the perfect size! I was already familiar with the style because I have it in one of the brown colors. It’s so cute, and the length of the strap is perfect. Can’t go wrong with the Sak! "Disappointed that this bag is much smaller than the description measurements. The woven leather is nice and I love the colors. I was going to exchange for a Sequoia in the same woven pattern/colors but they were sold out and no idea when they would be in stock. Also without seeing it could also be larger or smaller than indicated as well. This bag has an inside zip and 3 drop pockets, 2 detachable straps - one thick shoulder strap and a thin adjustable crossbody one as well, which I prefer. It is overall a nice bag but all my stuff doesn't fit. I decided to keep it and just pick what to carry while using. I just wish it was even another inch or so wider and/or taller. It would be nice to add the usual Sak outside phone pocket on the back too! (But I knew it didn't have that so no issue there!) Nice bag especially if you don't carry a lot of stuff, it is a little stiff new but I expect it will soften over time. The woven mahogany cognac pattern is really nice."
"I don't know what I was expecting for under $200. The leather is very thin and flimsy feeling - it also has a plasticy texture, it almost doesn't feel like real leather. I believe that it is, but it doesn't feel like it. The shoulder strap is also VERY thin - both in width and thickness of the leather itself. I'm going to keep it because I would have to pay to return it (which is absurd), and for $150 I will carry it on occasional short trips, but if I had the chance to handle it in person first, I would not have purchased. I also probably will not purchase another The Sak bag. . . I loved their stuff 15+ years ago and they've clearly gone down hill."
