For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"My feet have never felt soooo good wearing these Bolo Clogs. The footbed is extremely comfortable, for my flat feet, and the width of the clog is roomy. I love the boho hand crochet top, and trust me you will get many compliments because I haven't seen any others out there as well-made as these. They are true to size also. I think I may have to get another pair."
"Love the look but the shoe itself is kinda terrible. All of the air holes are covered which causes excessive foot sweating, meaning you HAVE to wear socks with these. I wish the crochet design would have accounted for that. There is little to no support and the arch of the shoe collapses when you step, so not good for flat feet at all"
