If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"Very simple friendship bracelet but pretty high priced for such a simple design. The same price as the one with the glass beads (and not much more than what kiddos put together endlessly). The 2 charms aren't enough to make this one stand out and it would take quite a few to make a statement. Would not buy again."

The Sak began in 1989 when two friends left their corporate jobs to travel the world. Inspired by the craftsmanship they discovered in Bali, they returned home with a vision and a handwoven bag that started it all.
